Mineral rights HOLDERS

• Agreements will be negotiated between mineral rights owners and the Heritage Park to find mutually acceptable prospecting, mining, conservation and tourism practices.
• A collaboration committee has already been established and has made good progress in formulating a collaboration strategy that aims to allow mining, conservation and ecotourism to co-exist.
• A mining collaboration facilitator has been appointed.
• The facilitator will monitor and manage the implementation of the collaboration strategy on behalf of all stakeholders and will assist with mediation between different interest groups.
