"Sitting by the fireside and turning the pages of all that has been written about the plans to make one big park from two smaller ones, one wonders about the language that the writers of these papers use. Everything has a number or a bullet.
That is round bullets, not like the ones that were used in those long old guns that spits a very black smoke when used.
These documents, as they are called, are not very easy to read, as they do not tell a story like it should be told. But then they are documents and not stories. We hear that they are necessary to tell everybody who are working on the project what to do when. They are plans.
They say that if one builds without a plan, it will be like with the Tower of Babel. So read on and understand what you must do and when you must do it.
