Stakeholders & Partners

"Ever since the Government became the people in 1994, it was noticed that municipalities started to care more for the peoples whose ancestors are buried in the soils of our land. More jobs were allocated to them and many of them became officials and leaders in our local governments.

Also, the same thing became clear in the way the Province and even the country as a whole was being run. More jobs and more leaders in government, with more officials in the Civil Service.

These Government and Civil Service jobs are now filled by many more people wanting to have jobs. In their wisdom, those in Government realise that even more people of the land need to have jobs, and they are making clever plans to help more people to be able to have stable, well paid jobs.

Now the economy of our land is generated from not only Government, but also Private Enterprise, where many more people may have jobs. People in Private Enterprise work for salaries as well as profit. The entrepreneurs work for profit and their workers work for salaries. Entrepreneurs see opportunities and then they take the opportunities and turn them into profit. Not everyone can be an entrepreneur, because not everyone can recognise an opportunity. Even if they see one right in front of them. If you are in private enterprise and you are an entrepreneur, you can create a job for yourself, and for those who help you.

It is the planners in private enterprise and in Government who create the opportunities for entrepreneurs to turn into profits for themselves and for others, so let all the men and women of the land beware, there are opportunities that will come your way soon and you must sharpen your ears and your eyes to be able to recognise the golden one that will be yours!

And when the work is over at the end of the day, let us get together around the fires, because that is the way life pays us back for the work of the day..."
